Data Deletion Instructions

Purpose

This page explains how a user or school can request deletion of personal data held by WizKidz Global in connection with AI For Kids Shop (aiforkids.shop) and related WizKidz Ecosystem services. It is the user data deletion instructions URL for our Meta App settings.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@wizkidz.org with the subject line exactly: Data deletion request.
Include your full name, the email or phone number associated with your account or school messaging, school name (if applicable), and a clear statement that you want personal data deleted.
If you are requesting deletion on behalf of a school, confirm that you are authorised to make the request for that institution.
We may ask for limited additional information only to verify identity and locate the correct records before deletion.

What we delete

When a verified request is accepted, we delete or anonymise personal data we control, including where applicable:

Account profile and contact details (name, email, related identifiers).
School staff / ops records tied to your identity that are not legally required to retain.
WhatsApp Cloud API-related personal data we store for school operations messaging (for example phone numbers and message metadata held in our systems).
Support correspondence and similar records that identify you, subject to legal retention needs.

We do not store full card numbers. Payment processors may retain transaction records under their own policies; we remove payment tokens and order identifiers we no longer need where deletion is requested and legally permitted.

Typical timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of confirming your identity and the scope of the request. Complex school-wide requests may take longer; we will say so if more time is needed.

WhatsApp / Meta note

WhatsApp message content and some messaging data may also be governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies. Deleting data from WizKidz systems does not automatically delete copies held only by Meta/WhatsApp. You may also need to use Meta's or WhatsApp's own account and data tools for those platforms.
